Simply Run -> devmgmt.msc -> In Floppy Disk Controllers -> Click [+] -> Right Click Standard Floppy Disk Controllers -> Then Click Disable.
After you Disable Disk Controllers in your system properties you cannot see any pop up appearance of iexplorer.exe drive not ready error anymore.
